The Challenge

JBT and the Manufacturer were coordinating on a project located at the Manufacturer’s pet food plant. There were numerous parties involved in the project, including engineers, contractors, and plant leaders; therefore, an effective level of coordination and consistent communication on a daily basis was critical to keeping the project on track.

To keep the project on track, the team needed:

  • Consistent daily management of project activities
  • Deliverables communicated effectively between all stakeholders, the manufacturer, JBT, and the contractor
  • Organized approach to tracking tasks and prioritising those tasks
  • Leadership that can drive the success of this project
  • Centralized coordination for the project and engineering teams

Both JBT and the Manufacturer required a partner with experience in organizing daily work, both to ensure all parties were aligned and to facilitate communication completed in a streamlined manner.

The 1 Solution Group Approach

  • Operational Support for Engineering Teams: 1 Solution Group allowed the engineering teams to focus their attention on the critical elements of the project and helped provide the necessary structure and focus.
